Most rooms at the law school, including classrooms, can be reserved by student organizations for events and meetings.  Reserving a room is easy and only takes a minute.

Reserving classrooms, meeting spaces and seminar rooms

Follow these easy instructions to reserve a room:

1. Log onto LawWeb.

2. Click “Events” in the “News & Events” tab at the top of the page.

3. Click “Reserve Room/Space”.

Note: You can see which rooms are available on the date and time of your event by filling in the date and then clicking the “Avail” button.

4. Once you submit your request, Building Services must approve it before you are guaranteed that room.  This usually takes a day or two.  Contact Building Services manager David Holsapple if you have any issues or if you’re trying to reserve space less than 48 hours before your event.
